Who leads Veritas
David Sahly, Founder & Principal
David Sahly is the Founder and Principal of Veritas Legal Marketing and the owner of Above The Fold Media Inc., the Toronto agency behind the brand. Veritas was built on one conviction: every law firm has a truth, the real reason its clients trust it, and most firms have never brought it to light. David’s work begins there. He guides partners through the questions that define a firm’s identity, then shapes the answer into a brand that carries the authority the firm has already earned.
He curates the creative talent behind every engagement, from photographers and stylists to designers and videographers, and manages each detail of the production personally. Only then does the amplification begin: SEO, AI search optimization and Google Ads, run by the senior team that won gold for Performance Marketing Excellence at the 2024 Google Search Honours Awards.
